Noise reduction window panels

In some cases, noise can be a real problem for building inhabitants, mostly near commercial streets, ring roads, railways, airports, etc. Window panels made of glass of various thicknesses are used to reduce noise. Glass panels of various thicknesses vibrate with different frequencies under the influence of noise. This phenomenon allows for mutual suppression of vibrations thus reducing the flow of sound waves. Using glass with PVB foil, which deforms propagation of sound waves, can be another solution. The third method of noise reduction is using a composition filled with sulphur hexafluoride (SF6). Due to the harmful properties of this gas, Glass-Product does not manufacture such compositions. Soundproof glass makes it possible to significantly reduce external noise in buildings or apartments located in places with high noise levels. However, complete noise reduction is not the best solution for a human ear. A certain amount of noise needs to be ensured.
